Wingspan is a competitive engine-building game about attracting birds to three habitat rows in your wildlife preserve. Players gain food, lay eggs, and play bird cards whose powers chain together into increasingly efficient turns, with scoring coming from birds, bonus cards, round goals, eggs, cached food, and tucked cards. Its presentation and bird-specific card powers make it a notably thematic euro-style strategy game.
